Writing
I just recently wrote a post about how Moonscript is going, and I'm pleased to inform you that the wheels have been turning as of late, creating new and better scenes. Also, I finished two short stories for the Five Enchanted Roses writing contest. I loved both of them; they were a tremendous challenge and joy to write. Another writing accomplishment of this year was my lengthy fan fiction, Eternal, which thanks to the appreciation of the fans, won the Goldstone 2014 fan fiction contest!
Art School
I've been incredibly blessed to be in the college program of the Masters School of Art. They've been teaching me so much; it's a wonderful experience.

Good luck with writing Moonscript! I hope to write an epic fantasy book for my next WIP. It's all the amazingness of Heartless's fault for making me want to write an epic fantasy story. :) I just finished it, and it was absolutely amazing. I can't wait to read the rest of the series. Also, congrats on winning the Tales of Goldstone Wood Fan-fiction Contest!
I haven't read any of the books on your favorites list, but I hope to read Resistance, Five Glass Slippers and the rest of the Tales of Goldstone Wood series.
Best of wishes on "Moonscript," Hannah! Improving a story is no easy task (still working on "Clumsy Feet"), so I hope you have lots of inspiration and few stumbling blocks. :-D
Quite a few of the books you've listed as favorites are ones I want to read, so I'm glad to see them on your list. Maybe I'll get to some of them in 2015...
Happy New Year!!!
YAY! Best wishes, and happy 2015! Have I mentioned your school sounds SO COOL?
Looks like 2014 was a good year, I'm glad.
Happy new year!
Happy New Year! Sounds like you had a great 2014; I hope 2015 is even better. :) Good luck with Moonscript!
Happy New Year!
Happy New Year!
Moonscript sounds awesome! Keep up the good work!
What a wonderfully fun and productive 2014, Hannah. Prayers and best wishes for 2015. What an honor that you are pursuing your art in such a prestigious program! I'm also thrilled about Moonscript and the two stories you submitted for FIR contest. The premises sounded so excellent for them both. And, your list of books sound terrific. I've read some of those and loved them, too. Recently listened to Five Glass Slippers and thought it was an excellent and clever collection. Golden Daughter and the final two Wingfeather books are definitely on my wish-to-read list. God bless you.
