I've been rather quiet on this blog, haven't I? Well, the good news is I haven't been nearly so quiet in real life! Indeed, I've been so busy, I haven't really had time to stop and think of good posts for you all!
First of all, some of you might be wondering how Moonscript is faring. It's in a new exciting stage--line-editing. Already, I can see that there will need to be several re-writes. It will take some time, but I want to make sure that Moonscript is the best it can be before it is revealed to readers. So as always, prayers are appreciated!
My Beauty and the Beast stories are going well. Thorn is nearly finished, and then I can turn my nose back to Centaur.
As most of you know already, my Goldstone Wood fan fiction, Eternal, won first place in the contest! I was so excited and blessed. I don't think I can express how much your beautiful comments and appreciation meant to me! So thank you! Thank you, dear readers!
I've been reading ever so many good books lately. It really is such a delight! A review will be coming soon on the incredible series, The Wingfeather Saga!
Also, for the past week, I was on family vacation, and might do another Views out the Window post on some of the beautiful sights we saw.
Oh, and our own dear Allison Rudivich has at last started a blog, The Art of Storytelling, so you should totally go check it out!
I hope you all have been doing well, both in writing and normal life! May God bless and inspire you!
What have been your doings?

Congrats on the win, Hannah! And I'm excited to read your finished stories!
I have been so bombarded with homework, I have little time to do much else. But in-between all the assignments, I've been strengthening my ideas for the one FIVE ENCHANTED ROSES story I've decided to focus on. Hopefully this weekend I'll be able to actually start writing it the way I want to! :)
I'm glad your writing/editing is going well! And The Wingfeather Saga is awesome, I agree. I still need to read the last book . . .
Lately, school has taken up most of my time. And when I'm not doing school, I'm either reading or online. I need to write more . . .
Congratulations on your win, Hannah! Eternal was one epic Tales of Goldstone Woods fan fiction! :)
Thank you, Hannah! *hug* I'm so glad to hear about Moonscript! You know that if you ever need a beta reader, I'm available. ; ) I am likewise forging ahead on 5ER (hmm... not sure that acronym works). I think I'll start writing my second entry soon! : D Good times...
Also: CONGRATULATIONS! You totally deserve it. : ) Rarely has there been an imp as faithful as you!
@Beka: I know you can do it!!!
@Sarah: Thank you! You HAVE to read the fourth book! *sob!*
@Gillian: That means SO MUCH to me, Gillian! Thank you!
@Allison: You will definitely be on the list, Allison! And thank you!
Loved Eternal, Hannah, and it was definitely deserving of first place!! Could definitely tell you put your heart into the story, and it was so very beautiful. So nice to see things from Klara's perspective, and you developed her character the way I always pictured her. I know you're enjoying Golden Daughter.
So glad you had a chance to go on a vacation. Hope it was lots of fun. And, the Wingfeather Saga is terrific! So funny and engrossing. Andrew Peterson is an excellent musician, too.
So glad that Moonscript is progressing well. Line edits are always so helpful, and it's always nice to have someone else read your work. They always find things that are easy to overlook.
Have been very, very busy. Work on "Blind Beauty" and other projects are coming along, and I have been getting ready for some speaking engagements and church activities coming up soon. Crazy but fun time of year.
God bless you.
Thank you so much, Meredith! Yes, Eternal meant a lot to me! Thank you!
Have you read all of the Wingfeather books yet?
And actually, I don't have Golden Daughter yet... *SOB*, but I hope to have it tomorrow!
Again, CONGRATULATIONS on Eternal winning!! I loved that!
Still praying, of course, for Moonscript. I know God will be with you. And I can't wait for you to get Golden Daughter! Just WAIT until you read the first few pages. . . ; )
Hi, Hannah.
No, I haven't read all of the Wingfeather Saga. The first two books are in Braille. Hope the others will be sometime in the future. Loved North! Or Be Eaten. I hope that you have a wonderful rest of the week.
