Seeing the Sanctity of Human Life

Every life has a story. Each time we open a book, we dive into the lives of others, rejoicing for them as they fight, struggle, laugh, cry, relax, persevere, and triumph.

So this month, I wanted to join in celebrating the Sanctity of Human Life month.

This year, Dr. Dobson and Ryan Dobson will be speaking at the annual March for Life Rally that is held in Washington, D.C. It is a peaceful demonstration to communicate the people's outcry over the Roe v. Wade and Doe V. Bolton decision(s) made in January of 1973 that made abortion legal throughout our country. It is estimated that over several hundred thousand people may attend the event this year.  This year's March for Life will take place on January 22nd this year.

One thing to remember is that sin is sin. Abortion isn't any less forgivable than any other wrong. What makes abortion particularly devastating, however, is that many young mothers feel pressure into thinking its the only way and dealing with the guilt afterwards can tear them apart. We must remember to not shy away from sharing the reality of abortion and especially the forgiveness offered through Christ.

There are two videos that particularly touched me, but I'm having trouble sharing them. So if you would please follow this link to Dr. Dobson's FamilyTalk, I believe you too will be reminded of the severity of abortion and the forgiveness and second chance Jesus offers! The Sanctity of Human Life

God bless!

It was such a blessing to hear how the people in that young women's church responded to her. They reflected the love, forgiveness, and grace that the Lord Jesus offers to all who are broken, and I believe we all are broken and in need of His love, forgiveness, and grace. I know I am. Thank you for sharing His grace, dear Hannah.

Love and God's blessings, Mom

Today,I opened up my calendar and read this, and I thought it perfectly fit with your post.

"For You, Lord, are forgiving and good, abounding in love to all who call to You." ~Psalm 86:5

God truly loves you...and me!
